Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200 TTD is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will not be confirmed and will be canceled. Punctuality: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After the grace period, there will be an additional charge of $50 TTD for every 10 minutes of delay. Clients arriving 30 minutes late or more may have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will not be applied to future bookings. No Extra Guests: To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. Cancellations: More than two cancellations will result in being unable to book for the next calendar year. A no-show with no communication will result in being indefinitely banned from future bookings. All deposits remain non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. Rescheduling: Appointments can only be rescheduled once, and requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. Failure to reschedule within this time frame will result in the deposit not being applied to the rescheduled booking. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Digital Payment Platforms. Hair Preparation: Clients must arrive with their hair washed, detangled and free of product buildup unless a wash service is included in the booking. Service Adjustments: Changes to the booked services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Respect Policy: Rude or disrespectful behavior towards the stylist(s) will result in immediate termination of services and future booking restrictions. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All deposits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, under any circumstance.
